1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an application, or participating in the Bleuprint program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Doctor Lead Flow ("Doctor Lead Flow," "we," "us," or "our"), the company operating the Bleuprint bootcamp.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the site or submit an application.

2. Description of the Program

Bleuprint is a free, live, class-based educational bootcamp produced by Doctor Lead Flow. The program consists of 10 live sessions held on weekdays over two calendar weeks (currently scheduled for July 1–14, 2026), covering GoHighLevel, business automation, and AI agent building. The program is provided at no cost to participants.

We reserve the right to adjust the schedule, content, format, or platform at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

3. Eligibility

To participate in Bleuprint, you must:

• Have a computer capable of accessing the live sessions.
• Be willing and able to participate with your camera on during each session (see Section 5).
• Have a valid email address and, if provided, a phone number capable of receiving SMS.

These Terms impose no minimum age requirement. Participation is open to the general public subject to application review and seat availability.

4. Application Process and Seat Availability

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Class seats are limited. Applications are reviewed by Doctor Lead Flow at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any application for any lawful reason without explanation.

If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email (and, if you opted in, an SMS) with class details. Your seat is not confirmed until you receive this acceptance communication.

5. Participation Rules

• Camera on: all participants must have their camera on and visible throughout each session. Participants who join with their camera off will be removed from the session.
• Computer required: participation requires a computer. Joining from a phone or tablet is not supported for hands-on building exercises.
• Respectful conduct: you agree to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and other participants. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the program.
• Attendance: the Operator Toolkit and get-hired track are reserved for participants who complete every session. Attendance tracking is at the sole discretion of Doctor Lead Flow.

6. Get-Hired Track

Bleuprint includes a "get hired" opportunity for standout participants. This is a genuine opportunity only and is not a guarantee of employment, a job offer, or any promise of compensation. Whether any participant is invited to work on Doctor Lead Flow client accounts is entirely at our discretion, based on demonstrated skill, professionalism, and fit. Completing the class does not entitle any participant to employment or paid engagement.

7. Referral Program and Founder's Drop

The "Founder's Drop" is an optional, discretionary recognition reward for participants who successfully refer five or more applicants who are accepted into the class. The following terms apply:

• Only accepted applications count toward the referral threshold. We verify referral attribution via referral link tracking.
• The contents and form of the Founder's Drop are determined by Doctor Lead Flow at our sole discretion and may change at any time prior to distribution.
• The Founder's Drop is a discretionary bonus. It does not constitute compensation, a guarantee, or a binding contractual obligation.
• Artificial or fraudulent referrals (for example, creating fake applications) will disqualify you from the program entirely.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, presentations, frameworks, code, and tools created or provided by Doctor Lead Flow in connection with Bleuprint remain the exclusive intellectual property of Doctor Lead Flow. Your enrollment does not grant you any ownership rights in these materials.

Participants who complete all class sessions will receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the "Operator Toolkit" (snapshots, templates, prompts, and related tools provided at graduation) for their own professional use. This license does not include the right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any part of the Operator Toolkit. Any unauthorized distribution will terminate your license immediately.

You retain full ownership of any work products or systems you build yourself during the program.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or program for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Record, screenshot, or distribute live sessions or proprietary materials without prior written consent from Doctor Lead Flow.
• Submit false or misleading information in your application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the technical operation of the site or services.

10. SMS and Email Consent

By submitting an application and checking the consent checkbox, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and emails from Doctor Lead Flow related to your application and class participation.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to SMS is not a condition of enrollment. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Disclaimers

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No income or results guarantee: Doctor Lead Flow makes no representation or guarantee that participation in Bleuprint will result in any particular financial outcome, business result, employment, or income. Any figures, projections, or success examples mentioned in marketing materials are illustrative only and are not guarantees of typical or expected results.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free delivery of live sessions. Technical failures, scheduling changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the program, and we will make reasonable efforts to address such issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOCTOR LEAD FLOW AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN BLEUPRINT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM. BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS FREE, THIS LIMIT IS $0.00.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doctor Lead Flow and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the site or program; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason at our sole discretion, without liability.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
