1. Who We Are

Bleuprint is a free, live educational bootcamp produced by Doctor Lead Flow ("we," "us," or "our"), a business based in Iowa, USA. Doctor Lead Flow operates the marketing site at https://bleuprint.doctorleadflow.com and the signup service at bleuprint-signup.bleusparkmarketing.workers.dev.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you provide when you submit the application form on this site:

• Name (first and last)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional; used to send an SMS confirmation)
• Experience level (a dropdown selection)
• Referral attribution: if you arrived via a referral link, we record the referring contact ID from the URL parameter so we can credit referrals accurately. We do not build referral profiles beyond this.
• Page URL at time of submission (recorded for fraud and duplicate detection).

We also run a hidden anti-spam (honeypot) field in the form. Bots fill it in; humans never see it. No personal data is captured from the honeypot.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Application processing: to review your application and decide whether to offer you a class seat.
• Confirmation communications: to send you an email and, if you provided a phone number, an SMS confirmation of your application.
• Program communications: to send you class details, schedule updates, and session links if you are accepted.
• Referral tracking: to count and credit referrals under the "Founder's Drop" program.
• Fraud and spam prevention: to detect and reject automated submissions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box in the application form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Doctor Lead Flow related to your application and class participation (for example, a confirmation text when you apply and session reminders if you are accepted).

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. For support, email christian@doctorleadflow.com.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of enrollment or any other benefit.

5. Email Communications

We will send you a confirmation email when you apply and follow-up emails related to your application status and class logistics. You can opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us at christian@doctorleadflow.com.

6. Third-Party Services and Processors

To operate the site and the signup service, we use the following third-party providers. Each processes personal data on our behalf under their own privacy and security policies:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our CRM platform. Your application data (name, email, phone, experience, referral, and tags) is stored in our GoHighLevel sub-account. GoHighLevel processes and stores data on servers in the United States. See the GoHighLevel Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: our signup worker (bleuprint-signup.bleusparkmarketing.workers.dev) runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process request data including IP addresses for security and routing. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). See the Vercel Privacy Policy.

Data location: All of our processors primarily process and store data in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. See the international section below.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies: This site does not set first-party cookies for tracking or analytics. Your browser may receive technical cookies from Vercel or Cloudflare as part of normal infrastructure operations (for example, DDoS protection challenge cookies). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics: We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party behavioral analytics service on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any analytics tool is deployed.

8. Data Retention

We retain your application data in GoHighLevel for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the Bleuprint program, manage class alumni, and comply with applicable law. If you have not been contacted or engaged with Doctor Lead Flow in over two years, we will review your record for deletion on request.

To request deletion of your data, email us at christian@doctorleadflow.com with "Delete My Data" in the subject line.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Our signup worker communicates over HTTPS, and credentials are stored as encrypted secrets, not in source code. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Bleuprint is a general-audience educational program and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Opt-out of marketing communications: reply STOP to any SMS or click unsubscribe in any email.

To exercise any of these rights, email christian@doctorleadflow.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. International Users (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following additional terms apply.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps: processing your application and fulfilling your enrollment in the free bootcamp.
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, security, and anti-spam measures.
• Consent: sending you SMS messages and non-transactional email communications.

International Transfers

Your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law for transfers of personal data from the EEA or UK to the US.

Data Subject Rights

In addition to the rights listed above, EEA and UK users have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority (for example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your EU member state's data protection authority) if you believe we have processed your data unlawfully.

13. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Right to know: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete: request that we delete your personal information.
• Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale: we do not sell your personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants by email.

15. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
